Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I schedule a cleaning?

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services. The frequency of service is completely your decision. The majority of our clients go for bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) while some prefer weekly or monthly.

All of our products are safe for residential use including homes with pets and kids.

This is completely your decision. Most of our clients are home during the service as they work from home. If you are not home, we can coordinate the best way for entry.

Because of weight restrictions, we do not move furniture or appliances. We do shuffle dining room chairs.

This is a great question! This depends on a few factors such as required length of time, location and the time of year. On average, we book about 1-2 weeks out. During our busy season, we are sometimes 3-6 weeks out just depending on the amount of time needed for your project.

For the safety of your pets and the teammates, we always advise keeping them in a separate room during the service.

Every home and homeowner is unique. We provide a customized scope for your home. Some of our customers clear off all surfaces prior to our arrival and some do not. During our in person walkthrough, we will establish a game plan.

The only requirements we ask is a comfortable working temperature, electricity, and water.

As much as we want to say yes to all requests, there are some areas of the home which we can not offer a professional level of service.

Here are some examples of what we do not offer: wet carpet cleaning, grout, sealant, corrosion/rust, unfinished basements, unfinished attics, unfinished garages and anything outside of the home.

Given our industry, we do run into different circumstances. We try our best to accommodate as much as possible but here are some items which will force us to stop our cleaning:

  1. Pests such as spiders, insects, rats, fleas, ticks, ants, etc
  2. Mold
  3. Uncomfortable room temperatures
  4. No electricity
  5.  Any sort of bodily fluids or feces
