About the role
ViraBusters is a locally owned Pittsburgh house cleaning company. Every cleaner is a W-2 employee — trained in-house, background-checked, and fully insured. This is an on-site, in-person role in client homes; it is not a remote or work-from-home position.
What you'll do
- • Clean occupied residential homes using our per-room checklist system
- • Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas: dusting, surfaces, floors, fixtures
- • Communicate arrival and completion through the ViraBusters teammate app
- • Treat every client home with care, discretion, and respect
- • Report damage, safety issues, or supply needs the same day
What we're looking for
- • Reliable transportation to homes across Greater Pittsburgh
- • Legally authorized to work in the United States (W-2 employment)
- • Able to pass a background check
- • Detail-focused and comfortable working independently
- • No prior cleaning experience required — we train every teammate
Pay and benefits
- • Top-of-market W-2 pay for Pittsburgh house cleaning

- • Daytime hours, Monday–Friday. No nights, no weekends

Schedule
Daytime shifts, Monday through Friday. Routes are grouped to cut drive time.
