Terms & Conditions
These terms govern use of services provided by ViraBusters Home Cleaning Services ("ViraBusters", "we", "us"). By booking a service, submitting our contact form, or sending us a text message, you agree to these terms.
Services
ViraBusters provides residential and small-commercial cleaning services in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Quotes are estimates; final pricing may be adjusted based on the actual scope of work, the condition of the home, and any add-on services requested.
Scheduling, cancellations & rescheduling
- Appointments are confirmed by phone, email, or text. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or lockouts at the door may be billed at up to 50% of the scheduled service.
- We may need to reschedule due to weather, staffing, or safety issues; we'll contact you as soon as possible.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed in our quote/invoice. Returned payments or unpaid invoices may incur a fee.
Access to your home
You're responsible for giving our team safe access at the scheduled time (key, code, lockbox, or someone home). Any access codes or keys you share with us are kept confidential and used only to deliver service.
Satisfaction & damage
If something isn't right, let us know within 24 hours of service and we'll come back to make it right. ViraBusters is insured; damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service so we can investigate. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage, items that are improperly secured, or normal wear and tear.
SMS / text messaging program terms
Program name: ViraBusters Customer & Operations Alerts.
Program description: ViraBusters sends operational SMS messages to customers and staff who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive texts. Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, arrival/"on the way" alerts, clock-in / clock-out notifications for staff, and replies to your questions.
How to opt in: You opt in when you (a) give us your mobile number while booking a service or being hired, (b) submit our website quote form with the SMS consent box checked, or (c) text us first. The opt-in disclosure on our quote form reads: "By providing your phone number and checking this box, you agree to receive SMS messages from ViraBusters about your service request and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."
Message frequency: Varies. Most customers receive only a handful of messages per appointment cycle (confirmation, reminder, arrival, follow-up).

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts from ViraBusters. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Carriers: Carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViraBusters' total liability for any claim arising out of services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
