Why we give back
ViraBusters was built in Pittsburgh, but our connection to UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh goes back much further.
For our founder, this cause is personal. As a child, he spent nearly a decade going in and out of UPMC Children's for care. He knows firsthand what it is like to be the kid receiving care — and what the appointments, treatments, uncertainty, and difficult days can mean for an entire family.
Years later, that experience has never been forgotten.
Today, ViraBusters has the opportunity to turn that experience into something positive for the children and families facing those same difficult moments now. That is why giving back through our work means so much to us.
Every completed cleaning allows ViraBusters to contribute a little more. Our clients can choose to contribute alongside us, and together those individual acts can become something much bigger.
This isn't about ViraBusters. It's about the kids receiving care today, the parents beside them, and the families whose lives can change in an instant.
